Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Manage and train reception staff to ensure high standards of customer service.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to enhance the guest experience.

  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.

  • Assist with budgeting and financial management of the reception area.
